Alfred Peza ka dhënë dorëheqjen e parevokueshme nga posti i Drejtori të Përgjithshëm të RTSH. Peza u përzgjodh si Drejtor i Përgjithshëm i RTSh në qershor 2023. Prej një kohe të gjatë, Peza u përfshi në një debat lidhur me mënyrën se si po drejtonte Radio Televizionin Shqiptar.
