Një 35-vjeçar është vënë në pranga në qytetin e Elbasanit. Policia ka njoftuar se i riu, me iniciale F.M, ka shkuar në spital mbrëmjen e së premtes për mekim në spital me një plagë në këmbë që dyshohet se është shkaktuar nga një armë zjarri.
Mirëpo gjatë marrjes në pyetje nga policia, i riu ka deklaruar se ishte rrëzuar nga motori dhe u dëmtua me një hekur. Ai ka thënë se kjo ngjarje ka ndodhur në vendin e quajtur “Harqet” në qytetin e Elbasanit.
